A while ago I turned 35 and while that is not old

A while ago I turned 35 and while that is not old at all, it does make me think of myself from ten years ago.

I felt invincible because I had this “nothing can touch me mindset” and I was more delusional than I am now lol. But I lost that somewhere a long the way.

Lately I’ve been in a dark place, creatively speaking, and I feel myself starting to come out of that. Yesterday in acting class, I got really vulnerable about that. Guys please take a class from @jonnathecoach , she will open you up in ways that sorta scare you, but help you tremendously in your acting and other creative endeavors.

I’m working to find a balance for it all because now I have a daughter who looks up to me everyday. And we tell her everyday that she is amazing and that she can do and be anything she wants to be. I can’t say one thing and she doesn’t she it in action.

But I also have to remember the little girl in me and how she saw the world as her oyster. I know that I will be back at that place again!
